Revaz Mikaberidze
Revaz is the managing partner of Mikaberidze & Partners. He has 15 years’ experience of working as a lawyer covering a number of areas, including corporate law, contract law, real estate, permits and licenses, employment law, intellectual property law and international treaties. He has been involved in drafting laws and normative administrative-legal acts.
Revaz Mikaberidze has many years’ experience working as a lawyer for several large companies in Georgia. He has previously worked as a lawyer for non-governmental organizations and various administrative bodies. He is a member of the Georgian Bar Association (GBA) - a licensed general practice lawyer.
Revaz Mikaberidze was elected a member of the Prosecutorial Council from the civil sector by the Parliament of Georgia to a four-year term in 2019. He has published several scholarly articles on issues related to contract law and real estate law in various journals with a high reputation.
Lika Gogoladze
Lika is a partner of Mikaberidze & Partners Law Firm. She has 15 years’ experience working as a lawyer in areas such as contractual, family and inheritance law, international treaties, procurement law and procedural and public law. She has participated in a number of major state-funded projects.
Lika Gogoladze has many years’ experience working as a lawyer for several large companies in Georgia. She has held various positions over the years, including Head of Legal Services. She dealt with difficult legal challenges successfully. She is a member of the Georgian Bar Association - a licensed lawyer who specializes in civil and administrative law.
